We are developing an advanced, cloud-native platform to empower software developers in tackling critical challenges within the energy sector. This service-oriented platform provides self-service tools for developing, running, and managing software, with capabilities spanning infrastructure, data management, lifecycle support, and operations. Designed as a hybrid cloud, it seamlessly integrates private and public cloud environments.
We are looking for talented, experienced, and motivated individuals in the following role to join our team to take the client to its next level.
Responsabilities
- Plan, implement, and deliver infrastructure solutions in alignment with architectural and operational requirements, ensuring successful network delivery.
- Streamline and standardize workflows using scripting and automation, minimizing human error and improving implementation efficiency.
- Continuously improve processes by validating implementations, updating scripts, addressing deviations, and recommending corrections to maintain security standards.
- Create comprehensive documentation and handover materials to enable structured, standardized maintenance processes for Operations.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively, ensuring technical requirements are understood and fostering alignment within cross-functional teams.
- Organize and prioritize tasks independently, actively tracking progress, resolving issues, and adapting to dynamic project environments.
- Support infrastructure services within the product line, contributing to the delivery and operation of robust data center solutions that integrate with broader program initiatives.
Requirements (must)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise and data center networking within large-scale environments.
- Must hold a CCIE or at least a CCNP Enterprise & Datacenter certification.
- Extensive experience with data center networks, VLAN, MPLS, VPN, and remote access.
- Proficiency with protocols like BGP, ISIS, OSPF, IPSec, DNS, and IPAM.
- Familiarity with network delivery automation using Ansible, with the ability to collaborate with software development teams utilizing Python.
- Experience with DevOps and system management tools, particularly for Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong communication skills for status updates and technical discussions with peers and engineers.
- Competence in problem analysis and resolution across multiple network dependencies.
Requirements (preferable)
- Basic knowledge of Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls.
- Foundational understanding of Linux and VMware.
- Familiarity with LDAP, OIDC, OAUTH, PKI Certificates, and CIS Hardening.
