Product Manager (Compliance)

As a Product Manager (Compliance), you'll be responsible for building platform tools and controls that enable Bitstamp to meet its regulatory obligations while minimizing the impact on customer experience and operational workload. Your role will have a global scope, with high business visibility and impact.

What you'll d

o
• Drive product discovery and ideation by identifying opportunities and challenges from an evolving market and regulatory landscap
e
• Assume accountability for product roadmaps, resource allocation, release cadence, and product performanc
e
• Build operational maturity and alignment, ensuring flawless execution of features from the "go" decision to release across all channel

• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to establish scalable processes, streamline risk workflows, and develop comprehensive internal enablement and communication plan
s
• Partner with product engineering to set the product vision, define the roadmap and specs, and make complex trade-off
s
• Define and monitor KPIs while leading process and workflow improvements and establishing communication protocol
s
• Influence Bitstamp's compliance strategy and be a key contributor to prioritization decision
s

On day one you'll bring

• 3+ years of dedicated and successful product management experience, having both launched new products and optimized existing feature set
s
• Experience working in a fast-moving financial technology environment and/or launching related product
s
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals and department
s
• Experience working with internal and external clients and solving their problems in a thoughtful and innovative wa
y
• Excellent written and communication skills, including experience working with remote development team

• Passion for crypto (highly valued
)
• Fluency in Englis
