About the Role 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales activities, identifying and engaging prospects, managing relationships with existing clients, and overseeing CRM management. This role requires a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and digital assets. 

Key responsibilities  

• Prospect Identification and Engagement: Identify potential prospects, reach out via email or phone, and maintain ongoing communication to nurture interest. 
• Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 
• CRM Management: Regularly update the CRM system with client and prospect information, generating reports to support the sales team. 
• Event Management: Coordinate and manage event attendance, ensuring smooth logistics and effective engagement. 
• Market Understanding: Stay updated on cryptocurrency market trends and provide insights to inform sales strategies. 

Job requirements    

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred. 
• Experience in sales or client relationship management. 
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and digital assets. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
• Proficiency in sales tools and CRMs. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
• Good communication skills to support our teams with effective marketing and sales solutions 
• Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for remote work or potential relocation to Zurich
