Role Overview

As the CTO, you will be responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy for building a

robust, scalable, and innovative online casino platform and mobile application. You will establish

and lead a team of developers and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class

gambling experience.

Your role will require a deep understanding of the gambling and gaming industry, mobile app

development, and online platform architecture, combined with strong leadership and organizational

skills.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of skilled developers, designers, and engineers.

• Establish best practices for development, deployment, and quality assurance.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Technical Strategy

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for the mobile app and online casino platform.

• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of the platform to handle high traffic and sensitive

user data.

• Evaluate and implement the latest technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Project Execution

• Oversee the end-to-end development process, from concept to launch.

• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Compliance) to align

technology with business goals.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule.

Compliance & Security

• Ensure the platform complies with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, AML,

gaming licenses).

• Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect user data and transactions.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Lead, or similar senior technical role, ideally in the

gambling or gaming industry.

• Extensive experience with mobile application development (iOS and Android).

• Strong background in building large-scale, secure, and high-performance online platforms.

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Node.js, React, Laravel, AWS/GCP, or

similar.
