Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development:
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across diverse web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into interactive web pages.
• Backend Development:
• Develop and maintain server-side logic using [Node.js or preferred backend technology].
• Work with APIs, databases, and third-party services to integrate backend functionalities.
• Ensure robust and secure application architecture.
• Collaboration and Maintenance:
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Nice to Have:
• Write clean and efficient code in Java for backend microservices or additional integrations.
• Contribute to backend improvements and maintenance when needed.

Qualifications

• Must-Have Skills:
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS/LESS.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
• Backend Skills:
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and API development.
• Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Nice to Have Skills:
• Proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud services like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
