About The Role

Are you a tech-savvy professional ready to lead digital transformation and make a real impact? As our HR Systems & Learning Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing our HR systems, driving global collaboration, and advancing learning and development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

HR Systems Expertise: Be the primary point of contact for our HR systems (LMS & HRM), ensuring optimal usage and continuous improvement.

Training & E-learning: Develop engaging training materials, coordinate learning initiatives, and support digital learning journeys tailored to different roles.

Competence Management: Maintain and update Competence Matrices to track skills and capabilities, integrating them with learning pathways and automation strategies.

Digital Transformation: Support the implementation and optimization of HRM systems to foster global growth and efficiency.

Collaboration: Work across borders to ensure seamless system adoption and provide hands-on support to global teams.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR system data, generate strategic reports, and translate workflows into intuitive system setups.

Content Management: Upload training materials, manage logistics, and troubleshoot system issues proactively.

Who You Are

You’re a tech-savvy, forward-thinking professional who thrives in dynamic, international settings. You’re passionate about digitalization and turning ideas into action.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree in a related field.
• Up to 5 years of experience with HR systems, LMS, HRM, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of system implementation, optimization, and digitalization processes.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical, structured, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
