WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Supporting and developing all functional and operational processes in Human Resources processes (Onboarding, Recruitment, Employee Engagement),
• Supporting for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope (Finished Vehicle Logistics)
• Supporting managers in application of HR processes and employee engagement activities
• Administration of HR policies and practices in a consistent and professional manner
• Be the voice of the organization’s culture
• Understanding the HR Team's analytical needs,
• Building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment
• Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant departments of universities,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Turkish,
• Min. 3 years experience in HR functions,
• Quickly adaptable to instant changes and solution oriented,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Openness to new learning and experimentation,
• Having strong communication skills and high coordination skills,
• Responsible, high planning and organizational skills,
• Enjoying teamwork,
