NOC Engineer - Bradford (Hybrid Working) Location: Bradford - Hybrid working 3 days office, 2 days home. Salary: £27-30k + Bens + 10% Bonus + Overtime Day shift coverage 7am-7pm Mon-Fri Environment: - IP Networking, Operations, ServiceNow, Fault Management, SLA's, Escalations, IP, Cisco R&S, Networks, Wireless, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SDWan, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISE, Wireshark, CCNA. The role of Network Operations Engineer will encompass a range of key 1st and 2nd line networking duties, providing support to customers networking issues. You will act as the prime customer contact point for all queries, including fault management, escalations and planned maintenance on a large scale multi-site Enterprise Network. Key responsibilities: Your day will consist of fault management primarily, as well as general support for various in-house, market leading business-led communications products.
