JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing online and offline (ATL & BTL) brand communication strategy and roadmap,
• Planning & executing 360° communication aligned with marketing strategy,
• Supporting the process of new user acqusitions and creating retention campaigns for existing customers,
• Following the performance of exisiting or new campaigns closely,
• Developing new ideas thinking about short & long term brand strategies and plans,
• Managing the relationships with brand’s agencies (Creative, Tiktok, media purchasing and PR)
• Designing and implementing the annual marketing plan.
• Collaborating with Product and Portfolio teams to identify opportunities for growth.
• Managing the marketing and partnerships budget effectively.
• Planning and managing organizational process of all events (corporate and brand activities)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a related field,
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or e-commerce roles,
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively,
• Creativity & Innovation: A passion for innovation, staying ahead of trends, and delivering fresh ideas,
• Analytical minded, data and result oriented,
• Self-motivated, creative, out-of-the-box thinker, team-oriented,
• Agency management experience is a must,
• Proficiency in written and verbal English,
• High emotional intelligence with the ability of understand the others’ mindset,
• Male candidates should have completed their mandatory military service.
