B2B2C Director

We are looking for a B2B2C Director!

Requirements

- Experience: 5–7+ years in a senior leadership role within the B2B space, with a strong focus on partnership development.

- Proven track record of building and scaling partnership programs on an international level.

- Deep understanding of B2B and B2B2C business models, especially in traditional and digital industries.

- Experience working with large corporate clients, such as banks, retailers, and IT companies.

- A foundational knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi products, with a strong desire to deepen expertise in the space.

- Exceptional strategic planning, project management, and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in simple, relatable terms.

- Fluency in English (Advanced level or higher), with proven experience working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the strategy for the B2B2C division, including defining goals, sub-directions, and growth plans.

- Build and lead a high-performing team, including partnership managers, technical engineers, and marketing experts.

- Identify, attract, and onboard strategic partners from traditional industries (e.g., banks, fintech companies, retail, e-commerce).

- Design and implement effective partnership models (e.g., Revenue Sharing, CPA, White-Label, Subscription).

- Collaborate on the development and enhancement of Crypto-as-a-Service products tailored for partner businesses.

- Oversee the seamless integration of cryptocurrency solutions with partner platforms, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory standards.

- Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners.

- Analyze the performance of B2B2C initiatives and partnerships, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and outcomes.
