An exciting, in-house founded in 2019 in Oslo, Norway, is a cybersecurity company specializing in automated security awareness training and attack simulations. Their platform utilizes artificial intelligence to assess individual employees' security strengths and weaknesses through simulated cyberattacks, creating personalized training programs to enhance organizational resilience against evolving threats. Roughly 40 employees growing their team across Design and development.
They are looking for two profiles for their design team,
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- 2–5 years of experience in product design (UX/UI/Visual/Digital designer are all possible titles), ideally in SaaS or digital platforms. Experience as an in-house designer is a plus.
- Bachelor-level education, within the design field (industrial, product, digital, service). Can be substituted by similar work experience.
- Highly proficient with Figma. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, AE, and/ or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate with developers in agile development workflows.
- Up to date portfolio (PDF or website) showcasing past projects
Skills
- Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
- Skilled in creating user-centered designs that simplify complex processes.
- Proficient in developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs for web and mobile.
- Adaptable problem solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Communicating complex, interactive design concepts in a simple manner
- Capable of driving projects from concept to completion independently, including QA.
- Effective at balancing timely decisions with maintaining high-quality output.
- Experience in photo and video production for design assets is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives
- Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that improve platform usability on web and mobile.
- Lead projects through planning, execution, analysis, and ongoing improvements.
- Build and maintain consistent design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement and refine designs.
- Perform quality assurance & testing to validate design accuracy and usability.
- Create visual assets for marketing and communications as needed.
One design role will be more user research focused. It’ll involve the above as well as:
- Contributing to hypotheses, metrics for success of the designs and follow up their performance on the basis of conversion rate and user heat maps
- Contributing to user research, interviews and testing
- Implementing user-centered designs by considering customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities
