Game Strategist

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator and Growth Lead to oversee and expand our client's telegram-based mini app game, a dynamic role at the intersection of gaming and blockchain technology. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for crypto gaming, skilled in community management, and experienced in the fast-paced Web3 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily administrative operations of our game within the Telegram platform, ensuring an optimal and seamless gameplay experience.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive game growth, focusing on increasing user engagement and expanding our community.
• Utilize analytics to monitor game performance and player behavior, making data-driven decisions to enhance user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and external partners to synchronize game updates and marketing campaigns, emphasizing blockchain features and cryptocurrency integrations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing and growing gaming platforms, especially within Telegram or similar apps.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its application in games, including familiarity with TON Network and play-to-earn models.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Solid experience in community building and engagement within the crypto and Web3 spaces, utilizing tools like Telegram Bot API and Telegram gaming bots for user interaction.
• Ability to communicate complex blockchain concepts in clear, engaging ways to a diverse audience.
