Fullstack .Net Developer

My client, an global employer based out of BC, is looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join their dynamic team.

This role is perfect for a developer with a strong background in .NET development, modern Angular frameworks who thrives in enterprise environments.

This is a 4-5 month contract to start with potential to extend, can be remote for applicants in British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on both front-end and back-end development using .NET Core/Framework and Angular (modern versions) for enterprise-level web applications.
• Develop rich, responsive user interfaces using Angular (versions 10+), while maintaining and migrating legacy features in AngularJS where needed.
• Build scalable and secure APIs and services using C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UX/UI designers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of business logic into the front-end.
• Develop and maintain database operations using SQL Server, including stored procedures, complex queries, and data integrations.
• Collaborate on projects hosted in Azure, working with Azure DevOps pipelines and cloud services (nice to have, but training provided if needed).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles and best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure high performance and reliability across different platforms and devices.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on .NET and Angular.
• Proficiency in Angular (modern versions like 10+) and familiarity with maintaining AngularJS applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/Framework, Entity Framework, and building RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience working in enterprise environments, with an understanding of the complexities of scaling and maintaining large systems.
• Solid experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries and database management.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud technologies (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps) is a nice-to-have, but not required.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and pipeline management.
