Technology Transformation Manager (Senior Consultant)

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex technology transformations. You’ll combine your expertise in management consulting, IT strategy, and emerging technologies to deliver tailored solutions and achieve business success. This highly visible role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to influence strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and cloud transformation programs, driving measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including the C-suite, to develop IT strategies and implement solutions.
• Design business and operating models for digital, cloud, and other emerging technologies.
• Develop value propositions, business cases, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for clients.
• Drive RFP and proposal development, contributing to winning new business opportunities.
• Manage hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, roadmaps, and adoption initiatives (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Oversee IT strategy, cost optimization, and application portfolio rationalization.
• Lead agile projects and foster innovation through DevOps, DevSecOps, and automation practices.

Key Skills and Expertise

• Extensive experience in management consulting, IT strategy, and digital/cloud transformations.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their capabilities, including cloud migration.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with experience delivering end-to-end IT solutions.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and develop innovative service offerings.
• Experience designing operating models and leading business transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT Service Management practices.
• Ability to develop business cases highlighting financial/non-financial benefits.
• Experience working on RFPs, tender responses, and proposals at scale.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, automation, and technology transformation trends.
