Technical SEO Specialist

Noa Connect has three business areas - Advisory, Performance (Bluebird) and Data & Analytics. This role is within Performance. With the combined capabilities of NoA and Bluebird we will be able to provide our clients with a true end-to-end solution with everything from brand strategy to performance marketing, and everything in between.

The SEO team operates both strategically and hands-on with SEO on some of our key projects together with a team of specialists across the different business areas (SEM, Social, SEO, and Web analytics). They also play an integral part in business development both within SEO as well as other parts of the business.

In Short This Is What You Will Be Doing

• Continuously improve best practices for Technical SEO by developing existing ways of working and adapting to industry change
• Making sure best practices for Technical SEO are communicated and followed throughout the whole organization
• Lead the external communication including create or quality proof materials for workshops, seminars and Bluebird news for all matters related to Technical SEO
• Set and lead processes for quality assurance within the channel, both for ongoing delivery and audits for all related to Technical SEO
• On-boarding of product specialists in how we work with Technical SEO
• Manage the client relationship throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion
• Work closely to our Development Lead in developing our SaaS products and automate processes
• Work closely with our UX/UI Designer to set processes and find synergies between the two, as well implement this in our deliverables
• Liaise with sister companies within the group to foster a collaborative culture
• Ensure that we have a structured on-boarding process for specialists at different level of seniority to get new hires within the product area up and running as fast as possible

• Several years relevant SEO experience with a strong grasp of best practices
• You are client-focused with a strategic approach to resolving issues.
• You have strong understanding of the entire digital media landscape
• Established experience in SEO processes, including quality assurance and audits.
• You are up-to-date on industry trends, adapting strategies as needed.
• Experience in onboarding and training new hires effectively.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships across teams and sister companies within a larger group.
