Scrum Master

Scrum Master - Plano, TX

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our client's team local to Plano.

Role Overview: In this role, you will be managing two App Dev Scrum Teams with a mix of onshore and offshore members, including onshore product owners. You will be responsible for building epics and stories around quarterly targets and ensuring agile practices and ceremonies are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead two App Dev Scrum Teams with both onshore and offshore members.
• Collaborate with product owners to build epics and stories aligned with quarterly targets.
• Provide agile performance metrics on Scrum teams.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Ability to provide agile performance metrics.
• Leadership and communication skills.

Contract Details:

• This is a 9-month W2 contract with the potential to convert to full-time.
• Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.

Location:

• The position is based in Plano, TX.
• You will be expected to go into the office 1-2 times a month.
