Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Resource with a solid background in full-stack development and AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in building, deploying, and maintaining web applications, and be proficient in various technologies. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership of projects and lead a team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

  • Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in full-stack development (front-end and back-end).
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Codeigniter, Laravel, React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and experience managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Manage AWS infrastructure, including setting up and configuring servers, databases, and security policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.
  • Implement best practices for software development, including version control, testing, and deployment.
