About this opportunity:

Ericsson is seeking a diligent and versatile AI/ML Developer to join our growing team. This rewarding role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment, eager to drive automation and optimize solution delivery. Your day-to-day activities will range from installation and configuration of tools, development of reusable code and frameworks, to conducting system verification tests and managing solution life cycles.

What You will Do:

• Build & Deploy cutting-edge multi-agent Gen AI applications
• Work with large telecom datasets to train and fine-tune models
• Focus on model evaluation, ethics, bias mitigation, and privacy/security
• Play with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  
  

The Skills you will bring:

• Deep dive into E2E Hands on Gen AI (LLMs, RAG, Multi-Agent Systems)
• Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
• Mastery of Python (extra points for Java , Spark)
• Familiar with cloud-native environments and microservices
• Relevant production grade experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
• Fluent in tech-talk , skilled at breaking down complex AI ideas into relatable nuggets for stakeholders across the spectrum
• Fueled by curiosity and cutting-edge trends
  
  

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Databricks, DataRobot, Snowflake

Knowledge of Ontology, AI Native, LLM Observability, Trustworthy AI

Telecom experience is a plus
