As a AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of creating and integrating AI-powered solutions to elevate our platform. This involves building machine learning models, fine-tuning performance, and ensuring smooth compatibility with our microservices architecture. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the platform’s intelligence, dependability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong Machine Learning foundations, recent experience experimenting with LLMs / GenAI
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant fields
• Robust Python based deep learning frameworks like Pytorch, JAX, Tensorflow
• On the pulse with industry developments on Large Language Models and AI agents
• ML related maths like linear algebra, probability and statistics, multivariate calculus
• Have strong communication and presentation skills
• Hungry and ambitious

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, multi-modal AI agents based on language models.
• Conduct research to address specific AI challenges, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, knowledge representation, tool usage, LLM fine-tuning, and reasoning
• Design and implement evaluation metrics, benchmarks, and frameworks tailored to the companies AI needs
• Create proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demos to showcase innovative solutions, transitioning them into high-quality, production-ready code
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and team members to innovate and deliver impactful solutions
