Our Competence Center for Data & Analytics is dedicated to solving complex business problems using Generative AI and Machine Learning. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting project focused on email automation. Your contributions will help develop state-of-the-art application solutions that drive real change.

Your contribution

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop innovative solutions to business challenges, transforming concepts into tangible, measurable value.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of projects using state-of-the-art frontend engineering methods.
• Bring a can-do mindset and a great curiosity for new concepts and ideas, continuously exploring and learning.
• Contribute to shareable node and python packages as well as their documentation.
• Assist in setting developer standards, including adherence to security and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure the smooth operation of applications.
• Participate in knowledge exchanges within the local AXA GenAi Core Frontend framework.
  
  

Your capabilities and talents

• You are pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• You have experience with frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and frameworks.
• You understand the principles of integrating front-end components with back-end services, ideally using Python and FastAPI, and are eager to expand your knowledge in this area.
• A strong interest in creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Ideally you have experience with CSS Tailwind or similar frameworks.
• Having some knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment tools, including Docker and Terraform, is a plus.
• You have a growth mindset and a strong eagerness to learn.
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English as well as German ideally.
  
  

Around 600 software and system developers work for AXA in Switzerland and are developing tomorrow's technology inhouse. To do this, we are also working in global teams and networks. Our agile product teams organize themselves and work independently where they are responsible for everything from A to Z. Our tasks include programming, integrating the latest tools and arranging hackathons.
