As a Senior Human Resources Officer (AO6), you will join our Workforce Strategy and Capability team and play a pivotal role in developing the capability of our workforce. You will assist with the day-to-day activities required to administer the department’s learning management system (iLearn) and support the development and delivery of evidence-based strategic workforce initiatives including but not limited to learning and development, capability development, diversity and inclusion,and performance management.

This Position Requires

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, progress and coordinate evidence-based learning initiatives using human-centred design and adult learning methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop and facilitate contemporary and targeted learning and development programs, including virtual and face-to-face workshops.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a learning management system, apply professional judgement and formulate technical solutions.
  • Interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills including the ability to effectively consult, collaborate and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders to foster commitment to initiatives and ensure proactive service delivery.
  • Contribution to workplace equity and diversity that enriches our culture of safety, innovation, respect and inclusion.
