I'm working with a rapidly growing organization in the Aerospace industry. They are looking for a Project Manager with a good background in defence, aviation, or aerospace. The successful candidate will lead and drive hardware and mechatronics-focused projects from concept to completion, thriving in a small team environment and contributing to cutting-edge R&D initiatives.

Location: Melbourne, VIC

The role requires someone with Australian Permanent Residence at the very least.

For interstate candidates, one thing to note is that this role requires full relocation to Melbourne.

This position offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of projects, encompassing:

• Writing detailed project requirements and specifications.
• Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Producing comprehensive test reports and project status updates.
• Delivering final reports and ensuring project outcomes meet defined objectives.
• Playing a pivotal role in shaping the direction of each project.

With a strong emphasis on R&D, you will contribute to the development of advanced solutions in hardware and mechatronics.
