Your role:

• Contribute to the development and execution of internal DE&I communication strategies.
• Create engaging content for our internal DE&I blog, including articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of the internal DE&I blog.
• Collaborate with employees to gather insights and inform communication strategies.
• Manage and coordinate DE&I-related events and workshops.
• Handle logistics, including scheduling, invitations, and participant management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of a new DE&I action plan.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative DE&I initiatives and programs.

Your profile:

• Proficiency in English, both verbal & written
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Flexibility and teamworking
• Enthusiastic, proactive and able to take the initiative
• Hands-on, operational, able to think outside the box and be creative
• Technology savvy
• Able to provide us with a University Agreement

Nice to have:

• Communication, Marketing, Linguistics, Human Resource Management or Sociology master’s degree (completed or in process)
• Experience working with websites or blogs (i.e. SharePoint and Viva Engage)
• Experience drafting visually attractive communications
