Information Technology Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

+ Methodology Expertise: Apply Agile Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, adapting your approach based on project needs.

+ Tools and Systems: Utilize tools like the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and Azure DevOps for efficient project tracking, risk management, and reporting.

+ Team Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, promoting accountability and a shared commitment to project goals.

+ Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable plans.

+ Budget Oversight: Oversee project budgets and ensure financial alignment with client expectations.

+ Problem Solving: Use your analytical skills to address challenges proactively and effectively.

+ Knowledge Sharing: Encourage a culture of learning by sharing insights and best practices with colleagues.

+ Hybrid Work: Combine on-site collaboration with remote flexibility, tailoring your work to client and project requirements.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

+ Experience: A proven track record as a Project Manager, preferably in the tech industry. Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.

+ Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and a strong understanding of Agile and traditional project methodologies.

+ Leadership Skills: A confident and empowering leader who fosters collaboration and accountability.

+ Analytical Mindset: A critical thinker who provides constructive feedback and finds solutions to complex problems.

+ Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

+ Proactive Learner: Open to new challenges, continuously learning, and sharing knowledge with your team.
