In your key role as a BI Developer, you will be gathering and shaping the data, that drives management-level decisions in hospitals. Help to increase healthcare professionals' efficiency so they could provide the best support for patients. In your role, you will work very closely with Estonia’s biggest hospitals like Tartu Ülikooli Kliinikum and Ida-Tallinna Keskhaigla. 

Responsibilities

In your versatile role you will: 

• Perform business and data analysis  
• Design, build and deploy BI solutions 
• Create visualizations and review reports 
• Be responsible for data quality management 
• Evaluate and improve existing BI system 
• Keep close communication with the client 
• Provide ongoing administration and maintenance of BI tools and solutions
  
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in BI Development 
• Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Oracle BI, Tableau, or others, including their configuration and maintenance
• Proven experience with SQL programming (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, or others) 
• Experience with Data Warehousing 
• Knowledge of database management systems (Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL, or other) 
• Experience with data integration processes (e.g., ETL, ELT) and managing data pipelines
• Fluency in spoken and written Estonian
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve BI system issues
