Job Description:

•       Professional education in ICT and first experiences in End User Services Support.

•       Experiences in supporting standard business applications (Office Applications), Windows Operating Systems and Standard End User Hardware is mandatory.

•       Know How in mobile systems (iOS, Android, iPadOS) and macOS beneficial.

•       Basic technical and practical knowledge in IT infrastructure is an advantage.

•       Experiences in ITIL processes preferred.

•       Experience in the End User Services in an international environment are welcome.

•       Willingness to analyse complex IT issues and challenging tasks.

•       Interest and enthusiasm in different IT topics.

•       Strong focus on End User experience.

This is full-time project and requirements for this project are below.

Proficiency in the local language is required
