What you bring with you

• Solid experience in development with Go, ideally with gRPC and MySQL

• Knowledge in the area of ​performance optimisation, on-premise systems and monitoring (e.g. OpenTelemetry, ELK stack)

• Have a passion for quality and ability to work in a team

• High willingness to learn and motivation

• Fluent German skills

Your tasks include

• Enhance and maintain a high-performance Go application utiliSing gRPC and MySQL, ensuring optimal functionality even as data volumes grow – from development to deployment, you take ownership.

• Collaborate on architectural decisions as part of a team-driven process, where everyone has the opportunity to shape and influence the system's design.

• Streamline the release process and implement robust performance monitoring tools, such as OpenTelemetry, to ensure efficiency and reliability.

• Mentor junior developers (m/f/d) while fostering a collaborative team environment through knowledge-sharing and support

• Take on technical responsibility with opportunities for growth, including progression to a Lead Developer role.
