Project Manager

Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager

Location: Remote (within Europe)

Rate: €1,000 per day

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project resources, including team members, consultants, and vendors.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Manage project communications effectively, including status reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members.
• Ensure successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Project Manager.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and 1 decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
