Business Analyst

As Business Analyst with this rapidly growing SAAS company based in Kilkenny, you will be commercially minded, sales savvy and will enjoy working with clients. This is a full time permanent role which will require a presence in Kilkenny at least once a week.

Accountabilities and duties:

• Managing the transition of multiple software upgrades from on-premise to the cloud.
• Delivering new requirements to clients.
• Consulting with clients on best practices and process improvement.
• Overseeing day-to-day tasks of development team.
• Cultivating strong business relationships with clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to clients.
• Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align solutions with product capabilities.
• Gather detailed requirements and conducted multiple demonstrations of the application.
• Provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback. Works with stakeholders and the team to investigate operational issues, problems and opportunities.
• Identifies appropriate, effective and efficient solutions through improvements in product and process.
• Defines the scope, priorities and benefits with stakeholders.
• Documents business requirements.
• Defines user acceptance tests.

• Strong understanding of business structure and key business principles.

• Previous BA/ Project Management experience.
