Senior Frontend Developer ((React, TypeScript, and Next.js)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js to join our development team. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing high-performance web applications while ensuring code quality and scalability.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement best practices for state management, component architecture, and reusable UI components.
• Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING

• Familiarity with Sentry for error tracking and monitoring.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of Web Performance Optimization (WPO) principles.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer.
• Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in CSS (with a focus on Tailwind, also experienced with Sass).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Zustand, Recoil).
• Familiarity with SSR, SSG, and dynamic routing in Next.js.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Knowledge of data fetching libraries like SWR.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Jest, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Russian and English knowledge.

We are FinTech and we are flexible, but if we should name the numbers, the pay range for this position can be about EUR 3500-5000 gross. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
