As a CRO Ul/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating mockups, visual designs and prototypes. You will also be involved in user experience design (UED) to optimize the user journey and conversion rates.

You can work remotely if you'd like, but we always love it when team members work from our office in Vilnius city center. There are no set working hours, you can work from wherever and whenever, as long as you meet the task deadline.

Qualifications

•  Strong skills in mockups, visual design, and prototyping (Adobe XD or Figma)
•  Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and etc.
•  Experience in user experience design (UED) and responsive design
•  Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
•  Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
•  Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team
•  Good communication skills to effectively convey design ideas
•  Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) is valuable.
•  There is room to learn about CRO and become a CRO specialist yourself
•  Proficiency and experience with website builders such as Gempages, Pagelfly and Webflow is a big plus.

Salary

• We offer a monthly salary from 1500 EUR, which can be larger and grow based on your skills and experience. An individual work certificate and monthly invoices are required for this position.
