As an AI Engineer at INFINIT, you will be building Generative AI applications to revolutionize B2B financial services. You'll work on deploying state-of-the-art AI applications in production environments, turning research breakthroughs into tangible solutions that impact the financial industry. If you're passionate about making AI technology accessible and impactful in the world of finance, this role is your opportunity to make a significant mark.

What do we want to achieve together?

• Innovate and Deploy: Design and implement advanced AI Agents to solve real-world financial & business problems. Fine-tune existing foundation AI models to build practical applications for a wide variety of use cases
• Collaborate with the Best: Work closely with data engineers, backend engineers, and product managers to tackle complex fintech challenges and deliver AI-powered solutions
• Optimize and Scale: Develop LLM based workflows with low hallucination, fine-tune models for performance and accuracy, and ensure they meet the high standards required in the financial sector
• Learn and Lead: Stay at the cutting edge of Gen AI and fintech developments. Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and uphold high-quality engineering practices
• Make a Difference: Evaluate and monitor deployed AI Agents to ensure continuous value delivery. Your work will directly influence how AI benefits the financial industry and its customers
  
  
  
  

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• 4+ years of applied AI experience in the industry with a focus on Generative AI
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Machine Learning or Data Science
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g. Langchain, LlamaIndex, VAPI) and LLM models like GPT, Gemini, Claude etc
• Demonstrated expertise in natural language processing and computer vision
• Experience building AI agents both text based and voice based
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for deploying AI solutions. Azure preferred
• Knowledge of best practices for AI agents evaluation and LLMOps
• Are able to move fast in an environment where things are sometimes loosely defined and may have competing priorities or deadlines
  
  
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with Voice Agents, Marketing Copy generation, RAGs, Vector Databases
• Familiarity with methods of continued pre-training and fine-tuning large language models (e.g., distillation, supervised fine-tuning, policy optimization)
