About the Role: As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various projects within our organization. You will ensure that all projects align with our strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate multiple projects within a program.
• Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans and set priorities.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Effective Communication: Utilize your excellent English skills to interact with global stakeholders.
• Hybrid Work Model: Be available to work 3 days per week in Palmela and the remaining days remotely.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in program management.
• Budget Management: Proven experience in managing budgets and financial resources.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment.
