We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Expert to join our dynamic team. As an Expert, you will play a key role in our client data team. If you are passionate about analyses and numbers, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:

• +2 years of related work experience
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or related technical field
• Expert Experience with Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager required – analysis and implementation
• Experience with Marketing Automation tools (such as Hubspot, Marketo, and Active Campaign)
• Experience with DataLayer configurations (Enhanced e-commerce setup, events, etc)
• Experience with creating effective data visualizations and data visualizations such as Google Data Studio. PowerBI and other tools are a plus
• Technical expertise in data models and database design and development
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Web debugging tools
• Experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Bigquery, and Google Cloud Platform
• Ability to understand and analyze datasets required for machine learning and AI algorithms is a plus
• Experience with A/B Testing (working with tools such as Google Optimize)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Be highly results-driven
• Self-organized and proactive
• With energy and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Portuguese is a plus.
