Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure and Security

Context

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead projects in the trading industry, focusing on infrastructure and security. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation and ensure the successful execution of business-critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects related to infrastructure and security, including M&A activities.
• Work with stakeholders such as clients and trading teams to align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Oversee change management processes for seamless implementation of technology changes.
• Deliver solutions in energy sectors (Oil, Gas, and Power) in an Agile environment.
• Coordinate technical teams (infrastructure and security) to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: 8-10 years in technical environments (infrastructure, security, or development).
• Proven track record in managing complex projects in the energy or trading industry.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure and security technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience in change management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• Former engineer (infrastructure, security, or development) with a transition to project management.
• Knowledge of the trading ecosystem (clients, traders, and energy markets).
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
