The Role & Impact

As our Frontend Developer, you'll bring client visions to life through exceptional user experiences, enabling teams and businesses to soar above their competition. We're looking for someone who understands that maintainable, pragmatic solutions often outweigh perfect ones, and who can balance technical excellence with business impact.

Your Mission:

• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures that deliver exceptional user experiences
• Own the complete frontend lifecycle, from component architecture to production optimization
• Build and maintain our internal component libraries and frontend tooling
• Contribute to our knowledge-sharing culture through documentation and mentorship
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and propose practical solutions
• Deliver intuitive, performant interfaces that meet milestone requirements
• Make informed technical decisions that balance developer experience and user experience
• Contribute to our internal component library and help the team maintain consistency
• Active participation in code reviews and technical discussions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling frontend applications with React
• Experience in startups where you've built from scratch or scale-ups where you've grown systems based on priorities and resources
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with frontend performance optimization and responsive design
• Proven ability to make pragmatic technical decisions in resource-constrained environments
• React ecosystem and modern frontend tooling
• State management solutions (Context API, Zustand)
• Frontend testing strategies (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Build tools and deployment pipelines
• Browser performance optimization
