Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Project Manager for our Client to lead software development projects and client engagements with precision and efficiency.

Our Client specializes in IoT integration, digital transformation, and information technology, helping clients achieve success through innovative people, processes, and technology solutions.

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality software projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and a natural problem solver with a passion for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans.
• Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and budget.
• Monitor and adapt to changes in project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project scope, financials, risks, and issues.
• Track project performance using various systems, tools, and techniques.
• Assign project tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of software DevOps concepts like source control and CI/CD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
