React Frontend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with expertise in React to join an agile development team working on a large-scale initiative. The project involves the introduction of a new booking solution and upgrades to multiple sales channels and systems, impacting around 30 systems. The role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality frontend components.

You will be part of a cross-functional team with expertise in UX/UI, frontend, backend, and testing, working in an agile environment inspired by SAFe. The position requires strong collaboration and communication skills, a structured approach, and a proactive mindset.

• Develop frontend components using React, HTML5, and CSS.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, backend, and testing experts to ensure seamless integration.
• Write and maintain automated tests for the developed code.
• Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards.
• Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence for project management.
• Work independently while ensuring team delivery aligns with the project goals.
  

• Proficiency in React, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with test automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methods.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Background in working on large projects with multiple stakeholders.
  

• Experience with headless CMS.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture.
• Experience with PWA (Progressive Web Apps).
• Familiarity with using component libraries and reusing components.
• Experience with API testing and React-testing-library.
• Knowledge of Adobe suite tools like Target, Analytics, Campaign, and Site Collection.
• Certification or experience in SAFe methodologies.
• Background in the travel/passenger transport domain is an advantage.
