Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product discovery techniques and qualitative/quantitative research methodologies. You will be responsible for setting a tangible product strategy for the assigned product(s) and ensuring that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and implement a clear product strategy for the assigned product(s) to meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Data Products Expertise: Leverage your experience with data products and familiarity with the data lifecycle to drive product success.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the domain to maximize impact and ensure alignment.
• Product Development Practices: Demonstrate strong product development practices in daily interactions to enable high-performing teams.
• Communication: Clearly communicate the product strategy and vision to ensure the team is driving the product(s) in the strategic direction.
• OKR Definition: Define OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for one or several products in collaboration with the team(s) and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
• Team Guidance: Guide and support one or several teams to ensure individuals and teams are performing to the best of their ability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management, particularly with data products.
• Strong knowledge of product discovery techniques and research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to define and track OKRs.
• Experience in guiding and supporting high-performing teams.
