Your role: Senior Customer Success Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Istanbul (Asia) / Turkey

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Specialist to join our Tahsildar growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, helping clients maximize the value of our services and solutions.


Experience & Skills:

●     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

●     Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in fintech.

●     Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

●     Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

●     Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

●     Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)


The Senior Customer Success Specialist is expected to:

●     Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

●     Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations.

●     Proactively monitor and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

●     Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

●     Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions with clients.

●     Drive the successful onboarding and training of new clients.

●     Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product development and process improvement.

●     Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on them.

●     Create and maintain detailed customer success reports and documentation.
