Category Product Manager

What's on the Menu:

We are looking for an experienced Category Product Manager to lead Kitchen category.

Key Ingredients:

• Product and Category Management and project execution in Kitchen category
• Preparing owned category Annual Operation Plan, leading preparation process with Sales, SE, Brand Build team to prepare full 4Ps category plans in line with long-term goals.
• Novelty launch/relaunch preparation and execution with full ownership among whole process (stages and stakeholders)
• Full leadership over standard projects eg.total Poland communication plans.
• Execution of agency tenders, making best strategic choices and leading cooperation with chosen organization.
• Driving P&L ownership within 1 year period via consumer activations and understanding of business measurements for own category and sales team
• Fluency in available Nielsen and GfK data; ability to draw conclusions and market analysis based on available reports
• On going budget management of dedicated budget, planning annual budget

• University degree
• At least 4 – 5 years’ work experience in marketing & project management related fields
• Very good communication skills (both direct face-to-face and cooperating at distance)
• Ability to build successful activations for consumers and to build business story-telling in presentations for managed category
• Proactive and positive attitude, ability to work in dynamic and changing environment
• Numerical capabilities and cross-functional business awareness
• Analytical and project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Fluent English and Polish
• MS Office literacy
• Diverse experience between marketing, trade marketing, sales and finance is an advantage
