Being the prominent player in the industry, our company reaches 10.7 million customers in 14 provinces and provides electricity distribution services to more than 22 million users. Furthermore, while Enerjisa Enerji offers renewable energy, efficiency, and green energy solutions to its customers via its Energy of My Business brand, the company also operates the first and fastest charging station network in Türkiye with Eşarj, the company of which Enerjisa owns majority of its shares.

What awaits you in this role
We are looking for a “Lead Information Security Engineer" for our Cyber Security team.
- Managing DLP rules/threshold values, monitoring incidents, tracking KPI’s, preparing reports to the relevant teams,
- Implementation and continuous improvement of PDPL technical measures within the Company and ensure technical compliance assessments,
- Managing and continuous improvements of Information Security Management, IT Risk Management, IT Control Management, IT Audit, Information Security,
- Incident Management, privacy and Compliance processes,
- Conducting and reporting supplier audits with an information security perspective,
- Review the processes and systems to ensure adherence with corporate security policies and handle information and cyber security incidents,
- Providing consultancy on information security related topics.
What we expect
- Bachelors’ degree from Industrial Engineering, MIS, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar disciplines,
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in cyber security or related areas,
- Experience of ISO 27001, ISO 27019, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, COBIT, ITIL and PCI-DSS,
- Knowledge of Risk Assessment and Risk Treatment methodology, DLP systems,
- Knowledge of regulations such as KVKK, Digital Transformation Office Guides, EMRA Regulations,
- Knowledge on core IT processes, security of operating systems, network infrastructure, database and software development,
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
