iOS Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced iOS Mobile App developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of iOS app development, from design and development to deployment and maintenance. This role demands a focus on high-performance, scalability, and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative mobile applications, particularly in domains such as fitness and wearable technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and publish iOS applications with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Implement advanced features such as interactive charts, dashboards, and real-time data visualization.
• Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs into iOS applications.
• Implement robust caching mechanisms to enhance app performance and reduce data usage.
• Design and implement intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX for iOS applications.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate wireframes and designs into functional user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for seamless navigation and enhanced user interaction.
• Perform unit tests, conduct code reviews, and debug issues to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for application functionality and ensure secure data exchange.
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs to support application functionalities, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
• Manage cloud services independently, ensuring seamless integration with mobile applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Knowledge or experience in the fitness and wearable technology domain is a must
• 7+ years of professional experience in iOS development using Swift.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• Strong understanding of iOS design principles, patterns, UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and best practices.
• Proven experience in building and publishing apps to the App Store.
• Expertise in creating complex UI/UX with animations and interactive elements.
• Experience in developing charts, dashboards, and advanced visualization features for iOS apps. •
• Demonstrated ability to integrate third-party SDKs and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, social media, mapping) into iOS applications.
• Strong understanding of caching mechanisms (e.g., Core Data, SQLite) for improved app performance.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies like Apache Kafka, Active MQ, or IBM MQ.
• Proficiency in application database management using DDL, DML, and DQL scripts.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and the ability to manage cloud services independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for building high-quality, user-friendly applications. Critical Additional Skills:
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
