Budget: Up to 15000 AED + Food + Accommodation+ Transportation

Industry Background: Only EPCs in Oil and Gas.

Qualification: B. Tech (Civil/ Mechanical) Regular.

Location: Das Island, Abu Dhabi

hashtag#Responsibility :-

• Lead the development, review, and approval of field design deliverables, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Provide technical guidance to design teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Conduct field surveys and site inspections to gather critical data and ensure that designs align with on-ground realities.

• Coordinate interdisciplinary design processes to identify and resolve clashes or conflicts.

• Optimize designs for constructability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental compliance.

2. Document Control:

• Develop and implement document control procedures and systems to manage project documentation effectively.

• Monitor the submission, review, approval, and distribution of design documents and project records.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of all engineering documents and drawings in line with ISO standards.

• Manage a centralized document repository, maintaining version control and tracking changes.

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure documentation meets contractual and regulatory requirements.

3. Project Coordination:

• Interface with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.

• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support procurement and construction teams with technical insights and updated documentation.

• Mitigate risks by ensuring proper documentation and design clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Civil, Mechanical

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in field design engineering and document control within EPC projects.

• Strong background in multidisciplinary coordination and project management.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Staad Pro, etc.) and document control software (EDMS, Aconex, etc.).

• Familiarity with industry standards and codes (ASME, IEEE, ISO, etc.).

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex documentation workflows.
