Senior Cybersecurity Manager Industrial and OT

What To Expect

In this demanding role you build, manage, and develop a high performing team of consultants and architects who accompany clients in complex transformation projects to ensure secure digitalization of control systems and production processes.

As industrial and OT cybersecurity experts you and your team members cover all relevant subject areas such as integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT Security, threat detection and response, network security, or vulnerability and patch management.

Leading large complex transformation projects within converging industrial automation and control systems environments you challenge our solutions and our people to continually enhance.

You ensure that technical, consulting, and managed industrial and OT cybersecurity services such as managed GRC across OT/IT or managed secure zones and conduits are considered in sales and proposal creation.

In client meetings and workshops, you leverage your consultative selling skills.

What We're Looking Forward To

Degree or equivalent plus at least seven years’ experience in process and automation technology and/or cybersecurity, ideally combined with a background in industrial engineering and operational technology

Broad expertise in domains that are relevant for Industrial and OT cybersecurity such as integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT Security, threat detection and response, network security, vulnerability and patch management and familiarity with industry frameworks, standards, and regulations

Strong business acumen, a good blend of commercial, sales and technical skills, a consultative mindset, and a proven track record in aligning with customers

Experience in leading teams, ability to attract and develop cybersecurity talents and to coach others in a matrix structure environment

Cross-functional and innovative team player with analytical, problem-solving and communication strength, fluency in both Norwegian and English and willingness to travel
