We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic and data-driven team. This role blends the responsibilities of commercial analysis, data-driven business development, and performance management, providing a unique opportunity to drive strategic decisions through insights and analytics. You will play a pivotal role in empowering the B2B organization with actionable insights, enabling smarter business operations and improving performance across the Nordics.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing automated, user-friendly reports, creating situational awareness, and ensuring seamless performance monitoring through data visualization and modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Management and analytical teams in other divisions, to implement harmonized KPIs, improve processes, and identify opportunities for further growth. Your expertise will directly contribute to shaping the next generation of customer services, driving continuous improvements, and influencing key business decisions.

The role will be part of a Nordic team of five people, and reports to Senior Manager, Business Development Enterprise Customers.

Responsibility areas:


  • Lead the development of insights and analytics solutions that support informed, data-driven decision-making in the B2B organization and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Manage the unit’s Power BI app and the underlying data model, ensuring data quality, accessibility and availability.
  • Serve as a bridge between data management teams and business units, ensuring seamless integration of data pipelines and reporting models.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify customer-centric opportunities, areas of improvement and share best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, fostering a culture of insight-driven decision-making.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, methodologies, and machine learning techniques to enhance analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:


  • Higher relevant education, preferably in technology or economics, with an emphasis on quantitative subjects.
  • Work experience in relevant field, with proven track-record of creating business growth or improved collaboration through commercial analysis and visualization of data.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX, M-languages, data modeling, and report optimization.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and experience with data warehouses or data lakes. Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Python) with experience in Databricks is preferred, but not required.
  • Capabilities and experience working with machine learning and the application of AI is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is advantageous.
