Data Analyst

The Ministry of Culture (MOC), based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Fresh Graduate UAE National for the role Data Analyst to join their team within MOC's Strategy Department. A successful candidate must be a professional with hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, Data Visualization, and who possesses effective bilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management to determine priorities and needs for studies, research, data, and improvement plans.
• Analyze reports, tables, and charts and present findings.
• Evaluate federal government decisions and directives to identify priorities.
• Assess the effectiveness of policies, plans, and contracts, and propose adjustments as needed.
• Interpret data that influences future trends and provide advisory support.
• Prepare reports on general trends affecting the Ministry's field.
• Collect and analyze data to make recommendations and forecasts for decision-making and reporting.
• Study and analyze all principles, criteria, and procedures related to the Ministry's operations and area of expertise.
• Monitor and keep up with developments in the relevant field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Data Analytics or equivalent experience
• 0 - 1 year in Data Analysis experience
• Proficient in SQL
