Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative duties, maintaining confidentiality, and building effective relationships both internally and externally. This role involves managing the Employment Hero HRIS, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting HR-related activities and projects. The HR Coordinator will also manage the HR inbox, create custom reports, and maintain HR files and calendars.

We focus on treating those living with disabilities, encompassing treatments across all allied health disciplines, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, psychology, positive behaviour support, dietetics, exercise physiology, and podiatry.

What We Offer
Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property.
HRIS Management:Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System and Generate HR reports and analyze data to support HR initiatives.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and Procedures. Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues, escalating to HR Manager when necessary.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure HR practices and policies comply with local, state, and federal employment laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including personnel files, employment records, and compliance reports.
Workplace Health and Safety (WHS):Support the implementation and maintenance of WHS policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and promote a safe working environment.
NDIS Audit and Compliance: Process and assist with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) audit preparations and compliance activities. Maintain documentation and records required for NDIS compliance. Liaise with NDIS auditors and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Culture Amp Engagement Surveys:Administer and manage Culture AMP engagement surveys. Analyse survey results and provide insights and recommendations to improve employee engagement.
WorkCover Administration: Process and manage WorkCover claims, including liaising with insurance providers and employees. Monitor the progress of claims and provide updates to relevant Stakeholders.
Visa Processing: Liaise with immigration authorities and legal advisors to ensure compliance with visa requirements. Support international employees with visa applications and renewals.

Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Human Resource Coordinator.
- Requirement: Must have proficiency in Employment Hero
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
