A rare opportunity to work with McArthur to be on our books for temp contracts, working with Human Resource teams to effectivley develop working relationships with staff and managers throughtout the organisations and drive business results through effective people managment.

McArthur has opportunities to work with Local Governments across SA and WA.

To be successful in the role we are looking for.

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management
• Experience in a Business Partner model
• understanding of WA Industrial Relations and Employee Relations
• Demonstrated knowledge of local government
  
  

To support the organisation in all aspects of operational HR, by providing effective technical advice in the areas of human resource management, recruitment and selection and employee relations. The Human Resources Business Partner will form strong relationships across the organisation, and will partner with business units to develop and implement HR initiatives that support an inclusive and engaging culture. The Human Resources Business partner will be required to undertake and support various HR and ER projects.

This is a three-month contract with an immediate start. Options to work remotely with Local Governments.
