We are looking for an individual to join us in our Staff Development team that is responsible for implementing initiatives covering leadership development, training, competency and career development anchored on creating a rewarding and meaningful career for all staff. An opportunity is currently open in the leadership development area which will require you to:
- Develop and manage leadership development programmes which includes programme designs, schedule and budget management, procurement, communication and logistics
- Conduct needs assessment and programme evaluation to identify leadership development needs, implement leadership interventions and perform reviews to enhance learning outcomes
- Identify or curate relevant courses for identified leadership skills development
- Work with learning providers and stakeholders on programme development and implementation
- Maintain the leadership model for relevancy and drive the development and understanding of desired leadership competencies
- Stay abreast of leadership development trends and best practices as well as advancements in learning design and technology
- Be a point of contact for issues encountered on the internal staff development portal and manage system changes for improved processes and user experience
- Support other staff development work as assigned when necessary
- A degree in Human Resource will be advantageous
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience for the Manager role
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, learning providers and stakeholders
- Versatile to be both strategic and conceptual, as well as tactical and hands-on
- Good understanding of leadership theories and adult learning principles
- Good organisation, project management and data management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment
